Information architecture results in the creation of site maps, hierarchies, categorizations, navigation, and metadata. In other words, information architecture is the creation of a structure for a website, application, or other project, that allows us to understand where we are as users, and where the information we want is in relation to our position. The goal is to help users find information and complete tasks. Information architecture (IA) involves the way a website/app is structured and how the content is organized. If your website or app is difficult to use, users will probably be frustrated and move on to something else. UX designers are primarily concerned with how the product feels. They also conduct research, competitive analysis at the beginning as well as usability testing and A/B testing after the project has launched. Communication is one of the critical skills of the UX designers.
